Why we started
Working with private practices, the same pattern kept showing up: a scheduler here, a notes tool there, billing outsourced to a service that emails spreadsheets, and a clinician doing the reconciliation at 10pm.
Accounting firms solved this a decade ago with connected practice management. Mental health practices — smaller, more fragmented, and far more regulated — never got the same treatment.
Canopy Health is our answer: one system where an inquiry becomes a client, a client becomes a record, and a session becomes a paid invoice, without anyone retyping anything.
